To show our process end to end, we built a ~500-product WooCommerce catalog seeded with the problems real exports carry -- inconsistent formatting, missing SKUs, a script injection, broken image URLs, and mixed weight units -- and ran it through our pipeline.
Seven stages -- ingest, clean, map, transform, validate, export, report -- then an independent validator re-checks the output before anything ships.

~1,000-Record CRM Migration
A CRM move is about relationships, not rows. We built a ~1,000-record HubSpot org -- Companies, Contacts, and Deals across two pipelines, plus their associations -- seeded with the problems real exports carry, and migrated it to Salesforce import sets keyed by external id.
Parents carry an external-id upsert key; children reference parents by that key; deal stages resolve per pipeline and owners resolve two hops to a Salesforce User. Then an independent validator re-derives referential integrity -- and blocks delivery when it finds a broken link.
